Producing public space in Brussels: some experiences.

Sedaile Mejias is trained as architect at USB (Caracas, Venezuela) and she has specialised in Human Settlements and Strategic Urbanism at KULeuven. Her practice as architect-urbanist is based on design projects of different scales and with a specific focus in landscape design as a medium for integration between different cultural communities. She has collaborated with NGO’s, Cultural Associations and Academic Institutions in LatinAmerica, Europe, Asia and Middle East. In parallel to her professional practice, she is co-founder of CAKRI, a platform of collaborations engaged with the development and production of cultural projects in Brussels.
